Are you aware of your legal boundaries when working with volunteers? This full day course provides the essential information and good practice advice to ensure that both you and your volunteers stay on the right side of the law. This session is suitable for Volunteer Managers or any voluntary or community group who recruit and involve volunteers.

Volunteers and the Law

This interesting and informative course will look at a number of crucial areas including payment of expenses, copyright, benefit advice, health and safety and screening. This is an interactive workshop designed to give participants the knowledge and skills they need to work with volunteers and cope with the legal minefield that they may sometimes face.
