This training will look at how staff and volunteer maintain professional boundaries with service users

Zoom Webinar - Monday 22nd March 2021 - 1pm-2:30pm

Free session for CVS members, small charge for non-members

It is difficult for staff, and especially for volunteers to know what boundaries should exist between them and service users, and what to do if these are being broken.  Can people be friends, can you exchange presents, can someone come to your house?

This session will help learners:
•Understand what boundaries are;
•Understand why having boundaries is important;
•Be able to deal with situations where boundaries may be compromised.

Suitable for volunteers, trustees or staff.
