This training session will look at remote ways to manage postal mail, telephones, cloud storage etc if hot desking from a variety of locations. We will explore how best to manage and motivate staff and volunteers without an office base. The session will give lots of useful tools and suggestions if you are thinking about reducing or ceasing office based staff or volunteers.
