This is a new course to support trustees, directors or management committee members to fully understand the legal responsibilities and good practice involved in running a community organisation. There will be lots of practical exrcises to help you identify how you relate these issues back to your own boards.
We expect participants to have a basic knowledge about their role and their organisation and so encourage you to watch our short presentations before you attend.
Who's it for?
Trustees, directors or management committee members who would like in-depth training on their responsibilities within their organisation and to improve their knowledge about what their role means.
